Warwick wins Chairman's Award

and even more Snake Lane.....

The last three miles back from Snake Lane into Pocklington was into a strong headwind...but it didn't stop Pock Runners from pushing on with a smile on (most of) their faces. Follow this link for pics.

A good night was had by all at the Feathers and there were some worthy winners amongst those attending, not least Warwick Anderson who won the Chairman's Award for his 100 mile jog round Mont Blanc. Follow this link for pics.

Brass Monkey Business

Rain was the theme of the day at this year's Brass Monkey. Not great for spectators...or runners waiting to start.....but ideal once you got going. Some great results for Pock including 2nd lady for Helen Cross. Well done to all. Follow this link for some wonderful pics taken by Giles Brighton and Kim Mellor.

Sledmere Cross Country

It was a bit of a cold one for the fifth in the cross country series, but a beautiful day and a beautiful setting for the 11.5km run around the grounds of Sledmere House. Congratulations to Simon Rycroft who came a brilliant second despite his hamstring giving him grief. Follow this link for photos.
