Biggest running achievement? My first marathon running it in 2:58:45
Running goal: Another sub 3 marathon and after running 62 miles this year in my first ultra would like to try and go further.
Running Tip: Keep Running! The only way to get results is to put the miles in and when it get hard dig deep.

If you didn’t run what would you do? I like horse riding so probably more of that.
Best thing about being a Pock Runner: For me how much it brought on my running in such a small time frame after my first XC I did reasonably well and after a few words from other club members decided that was when I was going to start training and racing more.
