How long have you been running? Four years
What made you start running? I wanted to lose weight and my wife suggested I tried running. After a few runs I was hooked.
Biggest running achievement: Finishing my first marathon last Sunday after receiving a tough course of treatment for my MS in May. The treatment set my running back and the training for the marathon is the hardest running I’ve ever done. Finishing it felt amazing and was very emotional.
Running goal: A sub 40 minute 10K
Running Tip: Join a running club as soon as you can. It took me three years to pluck up the courage to come down to the club, but my running has improved so much since I joined

Best thing about being a Pock Runner: The great support and friendship from everyone at the club especially during tough times.
