How long have you been running? 18 months

 

What made you start running? For general fitness and to help improve my asthma.

 

Biggest running achievement? In June this year I completed Hull Half Marathon in under 2 hours, I was absolutely thrilled.

 

Running goal: Yorkshire Marathon in October 2018 ‘wish me luck’

 

Running Tip: If you feel like you want to stop and walk, don’t just take smaller steps/strides.

If you didn’t run what would you do: I can’t imagine ever doing anything other than running, I love being a runner.

 

Best thing about being a Pock Runner: The friendships that I’ve made and the support from the club members is absolutely phenomenal.
